Ember comes from the same owners as a local preschool. Years of watching parents drop off, dash out and never get an hour to themselves is exactly why this studio has a childcare centre attached to it.
AI-generatedEmber is new. We are fitting out the rooms in the Miramar, FL 33025 area now: a movement studio for yoga and Pilates, a cedar sauna, a private lounge for IV therapy, and a staffed childcare room a short walk from all of it.
We are deliberately not promising you a transformation. What we are building is far more boring and far more useful: an hour that is genuinely possible to attend, a room where nobody is watching you, and a place to sit in the heat afterwards instead of rushing straight back into the day.
Classes are taught for mixed levels. Wellness services are appointment based, and our team talks through suitability with you before your first IV session. None of it replaces care from your own doctor.
We would rather tell you what we do not know yet. Opening date, full schedule and pricing are being finalised, and the waitlist hears all three first.
